Tim has over 25 years of experience in the auction and real estate industries.
In his career, he has sold thousands of properties across the nation at auction for Fannie Mae, financial institutions, bankruptcy trustees, private landowners, and many others.
Tim is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute from the National Auctioneers Education Institute at Indiana University and from Mendenhall School of Auctioneering.

An accomplished equestrian, Ginny brings a passion for the outdoors together with an eye for residential detail to her clients.
Since co-founding Golden Shield Real Estate Team with her father-in-law Tim Henry, she has applied an intense focus to our agency's marketing. She shares a vision with Tim to set our clients apart and cultivate qualified buyers.
Ginny's is licensed in Georgia and supports operations throughout the Southeast.
